Rental LED Display for Events: Indoor & Outdoor

Eyecatchmedia builds rental LED displays for event rental companies, staging contractors, and AV integrators—indoor P3.91 and outdoor P4.81 in die-cast aluminum cabinets that one technician can carry. Every order ships with a 3-year warranty and 5% spare parts, because a screen that can’t be fixed on-site doesn’t belong on a show site. Request an FOB quote with configurations matched to your rental fleet.

Why Rental Companies Buy From Our Factory

• Curriculum: every shipment includes rigging bars, flight-case options, and a spares plan matched to your fleet size

Indoor P3.91 vs Outdoor P4.81: Which Fits Your Fleet?

Built for the Load-In, Not Just the Spec Sheet

The spec nobody puts on the quote: how fast can your crew load in? Our rental cabinets are designed around that answer. Die-cast aluminum shells keep each 500×500 mm panel at roughly 8 kg—one technician carries it one-handed up the ramp. Quick-lock pins snap panels together without tools, and aviation-style connectors join power and signal in a single motion, so a 20 m² wall is plugging in, not cable management. Recessed handles and corner protectors are built for the van-to-stage-to-van life that cracks cheaper panels within a season.

We also ship the parts of the system most factories forget: rigging bars and ground-support frames matched to your cabinet count, flight cases sized to your truck pack, and a 5% allowance of spare modules and power supplies in every order—so a dead panel at a Friday load-in is a two-minute swap, not a cancelled show. Before anything ships, every cabinet completes a 24–72-hour powered burn-in, because the first hours of a screen’s life should not happen on your stage.

الحالات

We supply rental fleets and staging companies across Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia. One deployment says it best: a UK rental company put 630 of our P3.91 indoor die-cast cabinets into service—high-refresh driver ICs that stay camera-safe on broadcast jobs, aviation-style power and signal connectors for fast linking between panels, and flight-case packing for storage between shows. Six hundred cabinets is beyond the scale where “light and quick” is marketing language; at that count it is payroll.
